Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the IT Security Department.
• Hire, train and schedule all Security and supervisory personnel.
• Establish and enforce department policies and procedures as it relates to the IT Security Department.
• Perform periodic security risk assessments and monitor internal control systems to ensure that appropriate access levels are maintained.
  

Skills:

• Minimum of five years of information security work experience, with a minimum of three years of information security management in an IBM iSeries (AS/400) environment.
• Working knowledge and applied experience in managing to the requirements of Sarbanes-Oxley Sections 302 and 404 in a multiplatform operating system environment.
• Experience with Windows network environment including Windows clients and servers and Cisco Switches is required.
• Previous experience working in a Microsoft Windows environment is required.

Education/Experience:
An Undergraduate with 5+ years experience in IT security and CISM is a must. Other Certification like GIAC, CCNP, MCSE will be preferred.
