The client is looking at a full time Security Software Engineer with a strong background in IT security audits, penetration testing and providing remediation requirements for the company.

Job Responsibilities:

• Security Auditing, Penetration Testing, and Remediation Requirements
• Internal, external, onsite, and remote Audits and scans
• Create reports on customer's risks
• Oral and written post-evaluation reports

Skills:

• 3+ years of security assessment in software/IT environments in financial and banking industry or similar
• Understanding of CoBit, FDIC, NCUA, HIPAA
• Proven ability to Document system, network, and communication security vulnerabilities
• Any of these certifications are a plus - CISSP - CCNA - CCNP - CISA

Education/Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent with work experience and certifications in CISSP or CCNA, CCNP, CISA will be preferred. 3+ Years in IT with at least 2 years in IT Security.
