Job Description

The IT Security group of a major investment bank is looking for individuals to join the Investigations team. Investigations would be around the forensically sound collection of data from the Firm's electronic systems (e.g. email, Instant messaging, Internet downloading, file usage etc). This data is analyzed, and the results are provided to parties both internal and external to the Firm.

The successful candidate will need to be well organized, a strong communicator, detail orientated, demonstrate good judgment, be confident working independently and comfortable with the handling of confidential information.

This role involves extensive interaction with colleagues both internal and external to IT including Legal, Corporate Security, Human Resources, Information Security, IT Security, Distributed Services, various Engineering teams, business and product management groups.

Skills Required:

• Computer Forensics and Incident Response Experience, strong technical background, with experience across a wide range of technology platforms and subject areas.
• Experience in leading Computer Forensics and Incident Response investigations as well as a deep technical understanding of associated tools and methodologies including technical experience with Windows and Unix.
• Detail Orientated and Analytical
